Sir Brock in finance was also fantastic, very professional and approachable. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood each part of the process. His calm and friendly manner made such a difference in making this a smooth experience. Hope was amazing too, she helped me get my insurance set up quickly and easily, and she did it all with such kindness and positivity. And of course, I can’t forget Captain, the sweetest pup ever!
